Ordering & Payment Options

How do I get a tax invoice? A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon ordering.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Food Man Chew products are available for delivery to the Adelaide Metropolitan Area only.
  • All orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late orders may not be accepted, or have the full choice of all menus items.
  • Once an order has been placed an email notification is sent to Food Man Chew. A team member from Food Man Chew will then review your order and notify you if any further delivery charges apply, as well as address any queries you may have noted. You will be charged when you place your order.

Delivery Times

  • Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm, excluding public holidays
  • Saturday 7am – 6pm (minimum order of $300 required)
  • Sunday 7am-6pm (minimum order of $1000 required)

Dietary Requirements

Food Man Chew can accommodate most dietary requirements but do need to be given advance warning. All dietary specific items can be plated separately and labelled accordingly. MENU SELECTIONS

All food and beverage menus and selections are subject to change due to seasonality and availability of produce. If a substitution needs to be made a Food Man Chew representative will provide options and get client approval prior to making a change.

Menu Selection & Confirmation

A minimum amount of guests/quantity of items may apply to some orders or menu items. Should your anticipated numbers reduce, Food Man Chew reserves the right to apply the minimum as outlined in the menu. Staffing costs may be incurred for some events.


Confirmation of any changes in numbers must be received in writing with sufficient notice to allow production to accommodate that change without wastage costs for Food Man chew. All numbers confirmed 48 hours prior to the catering event day will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and charging purposes. After this date increases can be accepted but no decreases. Selected items may not be available on weekends and public holidays.

Deposits, Refunds & Cancellation Policies

Catering orders may require 100% pre-payment. Food Man Chew reserves the right to put companies or individuals on credit hold for outstanding invoices. Corporate accounts available. Should catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of delivery day will be charged full cost.
  • Food Man Chew will do its best to cancel any orders where possible.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery day will be subject to a 50% fee of the cancelled items.

Minimum Order

Minimum order: $150

Delivery Fees

All orders within a 10km radius will incur a $20 delivery fee all orders outside the radius will be charged additional fees

Sundays & Public Holidays

  • Minimum order for Sunday: $1,000 excluding delivery fees (5 days notice required).
  • Minimum order for Public Holidays: $1,500 excluding delivery fees (2 weeks notice required).
  • Public Holidays delivery costs all incur a $75 additional delivery fee per delivery on top of existing delivery charges to cover public holiday logistics & staffing costs.

Out of Hours Delivery Surcharges

6pm – 7pm: $50.00 additional charge (further $25.00 charged per additional 30 minutes after 7pm)

Food Man Chew food products are available for delivery to the Adelaide Metropolitan Area only.


Catering will be delivered in disposable, recyclable catering trays unless otherwise noted.

Circumstances Beyond the Control of Food Man Chew

If Food Man Chew is unable to provide the facilities or any other arrangements for your event/function or any part thereof, or to otherwise perform the terms of this agreement and Food Man Chew failure is due to circumstances beyond its decision or control, Food Man Chew is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.


Food Man Chew reserves the right to cancel an event or booking if:

  • The proposed venue or any part of the venue is closed due to circumstances outside Food Man Chew control.
  • The client/hirer becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership.
  • The event might prejudice the reputation of Food Man Chew.
  • The deposit and final payment have not been paid by the due dates.
  • The client/hirer does not comply with any of the terms and conditions set by Food Man Chew.

Consent, Government Taxes, Charges or Levies

Rates / Prices are subject to change without notice due to the imposition of Government taxes, charges or levies.
